The Way of the Heart Takes Courage

Listen to the Channeled Message

A true spiritual warrior faces the darkness head-on. If one is truly trying to discover the light, they must explore what keeps the light hidden. ALL are light. All IS light. Yet the blind cannot perceive it. What keeps you blind to your own divinity and the divinity of others? This exploration is done through the heart, not the head.

You can train your mind to think certain ways, but the heart knows beyond thought, reason, and logic. When you move your attention to the heart, you will feel what keeps your light hidden from view. It is much easier to intellectually approach this exploration than it is to drop into the heart and feel the intensity of the darkness. If you are standing in a dark room and hear a strange noise, is it not easier to repeat a positive thought such as, I have nothing to fear, than it is to sink into the heart and feel fear?

You cannot talk yourself out of your feelings. You can, however, remove your attention from the heart by focusing on a thought for a momentary reprieve. But, this change in direction is not transforming, nor does it help you discover the light. There is nothing wrong with wanting a reprieve from feelings. It can be a way to love yourself in the moment. Eventually, if your desire is to be free and light, then you must experience a change of heart.

You have heard the phrase, “This is not for the faint of heart.” This statement conveys the idea that it takes strength and perseverance to accomplish a task. A spiritual warrior knows that surrender to the experience is their only task, and the inner strength of the Spirit will carry them through to the other side. This knowing is counterintuitive when facing the darkness. That is why a warrior energy is needed to sink into the heart, feel what is present, and let the light dispel the darkness.

When you feel relief from the intensity of the feeling, it is the light revealing itself to you. Give thanks to yourself for surrendering. Give thanks to the Light for its eternal existence.
